Moody Blues

I would like to dedicate this post to my mother.  During our last visit to Ulta, I found a blue nail polish named Moody Blues and just knew that I had to have it.  The reason why is because my mother loves The Moody Blues.  Now I'm sure most of you are asking "Who are they?"  but you may know a song of theirs without knowing who they are.  One of their big hits was "Night In White Satin". Here it is for your viewing pleasure:



So I decided to do just two coats of this lovely blue creme polish. The color was very pretty, nothing insanely unique, but I still really loved the polish.  However, since I have a couple other blues that are really similar I feel its only fitting to give this polish to my lovely mother.  I know that she will just LOVE it :)


So what is your favorite royal/navy blue creme polish?  Also, I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

That is stunning!! I'm probably the same age as your mother (im 43) so yes I know who the Moody Blues are!!!

@Fingers: I agree with you. Its a really stunning blue! My mom is a little older (hope she does get mad...lol) but I'm excited that you knew who they are. I've grown up listen to them :)

Oh my, Brit... you have brought tears to my eyes. Thank you, so much for the dedication. I know I have driven you crazy with my love for the Moody Blues. I am looking forward to seeing this nail polish in person. It does look stunning... and Aunt Lynda and I will have to wear it to our next Moody Blues concert. Thank you, again.
